Sundays will never be the same… It all started in late 2021 with a vision of being the pioneers in the making of leather and waxed canvas golf bags in the South African market. And wow we’ve come a long way. Our team has been extremely hard at work strategizing, designing, and perfecting our craft for over 18 months to offer you something we at LG are incredibly proud of. Introducing our vintage Sunday Golf bags.

The supply side of our materials has been fine-tuned to bring to you a combination of both imported and local leathers and waxed canvases of the highest quality. Our master craftsmen located in our Cape Town workshop then use these materials to create a base layer, accents, piping and pockets to form the essence of our Sunday bags. These materials are fitted on top of our thoroughly tested and rigid golf bag shells, to create the base of the bag. High quality antique brass hardware provides the perfect finishing touch to give our bag that true vintage character that we are all after.

Our bags undergo various quality checks throughout the 2-4 day manufacturing process to ensure that the product that ends up in your hands, is something we are extremely proud to supply. To ensure the quality standard from our end is maintained, included in the purchase of your golf bag is a 5-year manufacturing warranty.

This warranty ensures that your golf bag is free from defects in materials and workmanship. We understand that every product undergoes a natural aging process, and we encourage you to embrace the beautiful patina and character that develops over time. Please note that the warranty specifically excludes usual wear and tear, as well as damage resulting from misuse.

We feel that we have created a bag that offers beauty in its absolute simplicity, whilst maintaining the functionality that a golf bag needs. It is one of the greatest developments the modern game of golf has ever witnessed (we’re totally unbiased, of course). All in all, after a long time coming, we are ecstatic to be sharing with you our finished product, and we only wish that you are as buzzed about them as we are.
